BASIC PROCEDURES

·        Open your e-mail box ensure that the PINS are actually sent

·        Download your PINS into your drive (NOTE: if you have personal internet access, you only need to download into your computer.)

·        Copy the PINS from your e-mail and download directly into the software in your desktop.
